Then the next step after letting everything pre-soak for about 5-10 minutes we then use our hot water pressure washer with a rotary nozzle to start the process of cleaning all the grease off the exhaust fan and down the exhaust duct-work then once that process is completed and clean we then move to the inside and pre-soak your hood's and filters with our chemical, The filters continue to soak as we start the process of cleaning your hood's and we scrap some of the stubborn built up grease that might be stuck still and in the drain trays as well, Then we use our hot water pressure washer to start cleaning all the grease and once we complete this step we over-look everything and see what might still be there and we either do one more pre-soak with our chemical or we clean the rest by hand and then rinse down your hood completely.
